So one of the killer features on vista is the gallery and the ability to rate and tag pics. Unfortunately I've managed to get to the situation somehow where some pictures were duplicated.

The clue is on the bottom left - somehow I've managed to add the photos share from my server twice. Now, there doesn't seem to be a way to remove the folder using the UI .... this seems to be because I've got my "Pictures" folder redirected to \\server\photos . Changed the location back to the default temporarily and I was able to remove the offending folders. Whoop!
